The Sinclair

Named for its developers’ daughter, The Sinclair is not only a luxury residential development in the Gold Coast of Chicago, but also near and dear to its developers at Fifield Company, who named the building for their daughter.

We built the brand mark using modifications on the font Dedica to reflect luxury, modernity, simplicity, and sophistication. Brand colors were inspired by blues, pinks, and golden hues found in photography of the Chicago Gold Coast, which complement the brand’s sophisticated, feminine tone.
