Located in the heart of the Chicago Loop, 311 S Wacker is an iconic 65-story fixture of the Chicago skyline. Impressive amenities and infrastructure appeal to potential commercial tenants, but the blank walls of its available units can make it difficult for them to fully envision working in the space. 

Our solution was to fill the model unit’s empty walls with eye-catching, memorable installations composed of references to the building’s amenities.  A “t” composed of cocktail spears references the cocktail lounge, while the word “Enjoy” contains barbells from the fitness room.
